Startup Mzansi is setting up a SADC-wide consortium to accelerate entrepreneurship and innovation in Southern Africa.

The Startup Consortium of Southern Africa (SCOSA) is a collective of ecosystem stakeholders from all 14 SADC countries. Within each country various stakeholders of the startup ecosystem of that country make up a Startup Council which is led by a Startup Ecosystem Coordinator.

Applications to join SCOSA as a founding member are now open. Founding members will have the priviledge of being part of the Steering Committee until the first official meeting in November 2018. Startup Mzansi will manage contracts on behalf of the SCOSA.
